Le Phong Group Attends the First Congress of the Apartment Building Operations Management Association of Ho Chi Minh City
On March 19, the Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Apartment Building Operations Management Association (HCMO) officially took place, marking the birth of the Ho Chi Minh City Apartment Building Operations Management Association – the first professional association in Vietnam in the field of apartment building operations management.
The birth of HCMO is an important step forward, gathering enterprises, experts, and individuals with expertise in the field of apartment building operations management and related industry groups. This will be a place to create cohesion, becoming a bridge between businesses – residents – state management agencies, while promoting cooperation, sharing experiences, enhancing service quality, and propagating a civilized lifestyle and culture within urban area and apartment communities.
Attending the event, Mrs. Tran Thi Ha, Deputy General Managing Director of Le Phong Group, expressed her joy that Le Phong Group is accompanying the Association as a member and the main sponsor for the program during this highly meaningful first term. She highly appreciated the necessity of the Association’s birth against the backdrop of the practical needs of society and the strong development of today’s urban real estate market.

“As a unit with extensive experience in the field of real estate investment and development, Le Phong Group always affirms its position through high-quality high-rise residential buildings. From key luxury apartment projects being implemented along National Highway 13, the Northeast gateway of Ho Chi Minh City such as: The Emerald Garden View, The Emerald Boulevard,… to buildings that have been handed over and are operating stably like The Emerald Golf View, or the Tan Dong Hiep Social Housing project in Di An, we always keep in mind that: methodical construction capability is the core foundation. However, through practical implementation, we also deeply understand that a sustainable project comes not only from good construction quality, but also requires professional operations management to create true value for residents.
Therefore, Le Phong Group places great trust in the birth of the Ho Chi Minh City Apartment Building Operations Management Association. In the role of a member, a Vice President of the Association, and also the sponsoring companion unit, I believe that the Association will be a key factor in elevating operations management expertise, ensuring standard and sustainable qualities for all projects after handover” – shared Mrs. Tran Thi Ha, representative of Le Phong Group.

In its first term, HCMO defines this as a foundational phase of strategic significance in building a strong organization, connecting and developing sustainably. The Association will focus on specific work orientations such as: Gathering and connecting organizations, enterprises, and individuals operating in the operations management field and related sectors; Sharing experiences, cooperating for development, and enhancing service quality; Disseminating and promptly updating State policies and legal regulations;….
The Congress also announced the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Apartment Building Operations Management Association for Term I (2026 – 2031), including Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung (President) and the Vice Presidents: Mr. Phan Cao Phuc, Mrs. Nguyen Thi My Vien (concurrently General Secretary); Mr. Nguyen Duy Thanh; Mrs. Pham Thi Thuy Linh; Mr. Hoang Manh Tien; Mr. Vu Tien Thanh; Mrs. Tran Thi Ha, and Mr. Dao Van Hung (Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Inspection Committee).

HCMO is expected to become a standard model, spreading experiences, standards, and positive values to other localities. From Ho Chi Minh City – the largest urban center in the country – HCMO will serve as a driving force for other cities to promote, apply, and develop, contributing to forming a synchronous, modern, and sustainable apartment operations management system nationwide.
